This is the first time we've ever been to the German Food restaurant. The food was really good. I would recommend the Bratwurst and sauerkraut. We also had a piece of the homemade apple strudel. We like to support small businesses. Give this restaurant a try.

First time having schnitzel and spaetzel and it was amazing. I have a lot of food intolerances. I think they make their food with mixes from Germany so I got to eat a big plate of fried food and carbs and not be bloated or have any other stomach/digestion symptoms. This place is gold

I've had this spot saved in maps for a while and finally dropped in yesterday afternoon. Tiny spot that may have one been a mini-mart. A few parking spots, one of which I was lucky to snag. The more important things, the schnitzel with mushroom gravy - spot-on and hit the spot. I only spent more than 20 because I had a beer as well. Reasonably priced. Small selection of German grocery items as well.

Wonderful mom and pop shop that is an amazing addition to the local restaurants in the area. The service is nice and the owners are very friendly. The prices are good and not that bad at all, it only ran me about 20. Sausage Platter: Good sausages, tastes exactly as you would think, German sausages. Good texture, taste, portion, and price Spatzel: It was very good, for something that barely has any ingredients. It had such a good taste and it felt like some authentic Spatzel. I wish I truly knew what it tastes like, but it was good compared to other places. Pretzel: Its the run of the mill store bought pretzel, so I won't complain, it tasted fine for the cost of everything I will definitely come back if am in the area

We enjoy the authentic German food. Every dish is delicious! The owners are so friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. This place is truly a hidden gem in Winchester! The HunterSchnitzel with spatzel is delicious! They also have a variety of products from Germany that you cannot buy elsewhere.

My new favorite place in Winchester! Finally I can get authentic German food! German potato salad was the best I’ve had in a very, very long time, sourkrout was excellent! Cabbage Roulade and meatloaf was a big portion. Definitely get the import, German beer with thelemon, it’s on the sweeter side but great with the meat if you like, pairing your food, and get a side (or 2) of sauerkraut..
